Postman’s Favorite Steak:
- Add that delicious flesh to a resealable bag or container.
- Pour on the Posty’s (approximately one cup per pound, shake well before use).
- Massage contents until everything is evenly mixed and coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. (Postman recommends 24 hours for maximum flavor.)
- Remove and apply Posty’s Full Montré to both sides and cook to desired temp. (Postman loves it rare!)

To use by itself on steak:
- Get your pan nice and warm and lob in some butter or beef tallow.
- Apply Posty’s Full Montré to both sides of your steak, Postman’s favorite is bone in ribeye.
- Cook as desired, except well done, while spooning the butter or tallow over the steak.
