To make the absolute best chicken of your life:

  1. Throw some bone in, skin on chicken thighs in a resealable bag or container.
  2. Pour on the Posty’s (approximately one cup per pound, shake well before use).
  3. Massage contents until everything is evenly mixed and coated.
